A better way to do it
So, as you can see, it’s pretty easy to figure out how to post a rental property on Zillow. Posting your rental property on Zillow also means that your listing will be pushed out to the “Zillow Group” which includes Trulia and Hotpads.
However, you want to get your rental property listing out to as many popular real estate sites as possible. Getting your listing on the “Zillow Group” is the just the beginning.
In order to accomplish mass syndication to a bunch of real estate sites without spending your whole day manually creating listings, you need software.
As a rental property owner, there are two software programs I recommend: Rently & Buildium. Both of these will help you not only get your rental property on many sites with the click of a button, but you’ll also be able to automate property showings, handle tenant screenings & collect online rent payments. Check out my posts on Rently & Buildium to learn more.
